We want to continue to keep our clients up to date. Following the recent Government announcement regarding a second lockdown as of Thursday 5 November 2020, it has been confirmed that the housing market will remain open throughout this period.
We will be open for business as usual and fully compliant with COVID guidelines.
Our branch remains open but all office doors will be locked and public access to a branch will be on an appointment only basis, subject to the successful completion of a Coronavirus Health Assessment form.
All staff and members of the public MUST wear a face covering whilst in the branch.
In relation to viewings, initially a virtual viewing needs to be available online to potential purchasers and if further interest is shown, a viewing in person can go ahead, subject to strict protocols. Health and safety forms will need to be completed before an appointment by every client to ensure specific COVID-19 related questions are being asked and subject to sufficient answers, an appointment can take place.
In relation to valuations, we can undertake these in person, subject to the same measures.
On face to face appointments, clients and staff MUST wear a suitable face covering.
There is a face-to-face appointment guidance document on our website and this in turn will be issued before every appointment. Tamlyns will be ensuring that these safety measures are adhered to during the appointment.
