A licence to be set up on the final terms agreed for the keeping of up to two horses (or possibly three ponies) such horses to be the property of the licensee (ie no livery or sub-letting allowed).
The licensee to be responsible to maintain the property (ie in no worse condition than at commencement), remove horse manure and all personal items and rubbish on termination of the licence.
Licensee to be fully responsible for the daily management and well being of their horses.
Initially available on licence for up to 12 months.
Offers invited. Guide £285 per calendar month inclusive of water supply and lighting.
The licensee to pay a contribution of £150 plus VAT (total £180) towards the costs of licence preparation before the licence is prepared.
